Returns and refunds — Rocklands

Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. This right applies to all our products, including those bought on sale or in a pack.

How to return an item

Let us know within 14 days, by email at betabreakeurz@gmail.com, from your customer account, or using the withdrawal form below. Include your order number.
Send the product back within 14 days of your request to: Rocklands, 74 rue François Miron, 75004 Paris, France.

Please return the complete product (with its screws, ropes and accessories), well protected for transport. You may have unpacked and tried it as you would in a shop. If the product has been damaged by use beyond what is needed to try it, we may deduct an amount corresponding to its loss in value.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged on delivery or does not match your order: in that case, we cover them.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal request, to your original payment method. The refund includes the product price and the original shipping costs, up to the cheapest delivery option we offer. We may wait until we have received the product before issuing the refund.

Defective or damaged product

Check your order on receipt. If a product is defective, broken or does not match your order, email us with a photo: we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Exchanges

To exchange an item (for example a t-shirt size), the easiest way is to return it and place a new order. Email us if you need help.
