Delivery in mainland France

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your parcel.

A problem with your order?

Damaged parcel, parcel not received or pickup point not found: email us at betabreakeurz@gmail.com with your order number. We'll take care of it.

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the product as soon as you receive it: this helps us handle your claim faster with the carrier.
